From receipt of goods, you have 14days to decide if you would like to return or exchange your garment for another size, colour or product.

If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return to at the address show in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been unused or damaged after delivery to you.

In order to return any goods, please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return clearly marking whether you would like a refund or exchange and return it to:

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact Caroline, who will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.


Whilst every care is taken by us to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from the brochure or website reproduction. We are also subject to and can accept no liability for changes in specifications imposed upon us by our suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with any goods you receive from us, you may return these in accordance with our returns policy.


Once you have made your choice and your order had been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.

All goods are subject to availability.


You can cancel an order before despatch for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do so.

If we have already despatched your goods then please refer to our returns policy.

Together with your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
